The Beginning 

Eight years ago, Rinki embarked on her fitness journey. Initially, her focus was solely on altering her appearance through weight training. However, as she delved deeper into the realm of fitness, she discovered that it extended far beyond physical transformation. Fitness became a powerful tool, enhancing her mental and physical strength, and eventually evolved into a way of life. 

Driven by a newfound purpose, Rinki expanded her training to include Krav Maga, an Israeli martial art. She leveraged this skill to empower underprivileged women and children, collaborating with an NGO in India called Naari Shakti. Her dedication to this cause garnered recognition, with her efforts being highlighted in the Indian Express Media.

Rinki's fitness journey didn't stop there. She pursued CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, competing in several events. Her hard work paid off when she secured second place in the 49kg weight category at the Intra State Delhi Olympic Weightlifting Competition. 

Armed with a wealth of fitness knowledge, Rinki began coaching clients, offering a comprehensive and personalized approach to fitness. She considers each client's unique needs, abilities, and preferences to tailor her training programs. 

Education and Certifications 

To validate her expertise, Rinki pursued several fitness certifications, including: 

1.Functional Fitness Certification 
2.Level 1 Certificate Course 

Vision and Goals 
Rinki's overarching aim is to lead a healthy and fit life while preparing for future triathlons. Along the way, she strives to help others achieve their fitness goals. 

Coaching Approach 

  • Initial Assessment: Rinki begins her coaching process with an initial assessment to understand the client's current fitness level, medical history, and specific goals. 
  • Customized Workout Plan:Based on the assessment, she designs a customized workout plan that incorporates a mix of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, flexibility exercises, and other suitable modalities. 
  • Instruction and Technique:Rinki provides hands-on instruction, demonstrating proper techniques to ensure both safety and effectiveness. She motivates and encourages clients to push their limits while maintaining correct form. 

Session Structure 
Each training session with Rinki includes: 

  • Warm-up: To prepare the body for exercise 
  • Step-by-Step Exercises: Finalized after the initial assessment 
  • Cool Down, Stretching, and Mobility: To aid recovery and prevent injury 
  • Q&A: To address any questions or concerns 

What as client you need: 

  • 6 feet by 6 feet (1.8 meters by 1.8 meters), living room , bed room and even kitchen area where ever you can move freely 
  • Willingness to trust the process 

Mission as a Personal Fitness Trainer 
As a personal fitness trainer, Rinki's mission is to inspire, empower, and guide her clients towards long-term well-being. She aims to instill a sense of empowerment and help individuals lead healthier and fitter life.
